If you hire an attorney, they’ll drag the claim on for months or years and then take 33% to 40% of your settlement. We’re a better solution. We’ll negotiate on your behalf to ensure you get everything you deserve.

What happens after I sign up?

After you sign up, you’ll be asked a series of questions about your injury and medical expenses. If you don’t have all the information yet, that’s totally fine, you can skip questions and go back to them at any time. We’ll then add up your expenses and help you determine how much you should be paid for your pain & suffering. We’ll then start negotiations with the insurance company to make sure they give you a fair amount.

What is the overall process?

1. You sign up by filling out the short sign up form.
2. You answer questions about your injuries and medical expenses. Don’t worry, our site will guide you along the way.
3. We’ll help you come up with a settlement amount that is fair for your specific case.
4. We’ll then have our expert negotiators fight with the insurance company on your behalf.
5. If the insurance company still isn’t being reasonable, w’ll invite an independent mediator to join the discussion and help us come to an agreement.
6. If all else fails, we’ll take the insurance company to court!

What does this cost?

We take a flat fee based on the final settlement amount you receive from the insurance company. If you don’t get paid, we don’t get paid.

What if I don’t have all of my medical expenses yet?

No problem! You can still sign up and come back later to add more expenses when you receive them. We can also help get your medical expenses directly from your medical providers, if you’d like.
